One fixed fare per car, for up to 3 passengers, from your door to the terminal — the fare the booking form quotes, with motorway tolls, GST and the NSW levy inside it and nothing to pay until the day. The ride home costs the same. Book both legs together — put the date and time home, and the ship, in Special Requests, or call or WhatsApp — and the two legs are the return fare: both one-way fares less 10%.

Circular Quay (OPT) is the Overseas Passenger Terminal, inside OSPIPO's Sydney CBD fare zone, so it costs the same as any CBD address; White Bay, at Rozelle, is just outside the zone, so from the South Coast it costs a little more. Jervis Bay, Huskisson and Vincentia share a fare. Drive times to Circular Quay are typical outside peak hours (OpenStreetMap routing to Sydney Airport plus the run into the city); a weekday morning can add more. Fares come from the same engine as the booking form.
The two terminals: drop-off and pickup
Your cruise documents name the terminal. The Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is east of the Harbour Bridge, so ships too tall to pass under the bridge berth there; White Bay at Rozelle, west of the bridge, takes ships that fit underneath. Both terminals limit cars to a two-minute stop at the kerb, which is where a booked car helps: the driver pulls in, the bags come out, and the car moves on.

Cruise day: when to leave home
Work back from the check-in time your cruise line gives you — and, with bags, from the bag drop, which closes about 90 minutes before departure at Circular Quay and an hour before at White Bay — then take off the drive in the table above plus a margin for city traffic. For a midday check-in at Circular Quay, a pickup in Kiama at about 9:30am leaves room for a slow M1 and the city streets. Your driver confirms the pickup time with you when he confirms the booking.
Coming home: the pickup
- Tell us the ship and the day it comes back — the "Flight or ship" field takes the ship's name. Your cruise line gives you a time to leave the ship; at Circular Quay, disembarkation usually starts about 30 minutes after the ship arrives.
- Your driver is nearby before your time and meets you outside the front of the terminal; message him when you have your bags. A late disembarkation does not change the fare.
- At Circular Quay the morning taxi rank on Level 3, reached from Hickson Road, is not for private pickups — your driver meets you at the front of the terminal instead.
Flying in or out on cruise day
Sydney Airport to the Overseas Passenger Terminal is $120 and the terminal to the airport is $100 — OSPIPO's fixed Sydney CBD fares; to or from White Bay it is $120 each way. From Western Sydney International (WSI) it is $260 to Circular Quay and $255 to White Bay. Add your flight number when you book and the pickup follows the landing.
