The formula
$60.00 base + $3.30 per kilometre + $1.32 NSW Passenger Service Levy.
The base covers what does not vary with distance: the car being somewhere at a specific minute, the driver's time either side, the airport access and parking, and the dead running to and from the pickup. The per-kilometre rate covers the driving. The levy is set by the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner and applies to every booked point-to-point trip in the state.
Tolls, GST and airport fees are inside that figure, not added to it. There is no time component, no vehicle-class uplift, no peak multiplier and no booking fee.
