Fixed per car for up to 3 passengers — four travel only on request, with light bags — with tolls, GST and the NSW levy included and nothing added on the day; you pay on arrival. Three ways to book a day trip
1. Dropped off, collected later. You pay the return fare — both legs, less 10% — and the driver comes back at the time you set. Nothing is charged for the hours in between.
2. The driver waits. Add $50 an hour, booked in whole hours, up to 5 hours, and the car stays on standby so you leave when you are ready. Staying longer than 5 hours? Book the return and choose the pick-up time.
3. Several stops, or a full day. The $890 private charter: up to 8 hours door to door, the car and driver yours, as many stops as fit. From the Sydney CBD it costs less than a return to Kangaroo Valley ($975), Berry ($960) or Jervis Bay ($1,125) — but the drive counts inside the 8 hours, so the far end of the coast leaves less time there.
