Fixed, all-inclusive fares from Sydney Airport: $410 AUD to Wollongong, $450 AUD to Shellharbour, $490 AUD to Kiama, $610 AUD to Nowra and $685 AUD to Jervis Bay, the same in both directions. Tolls, GST and the NSW Passenger Service Levy are included, and there is no surge pricing.

It is chauffeur-driven, and everything that makes the trip easy is inside one fixed fare. A premium all-electric executive sedan — quiet, cleaned and inspected before pickup — is yours alone for the trip, with a named, licensed chauffeur known before the day. Your flight is tracked, waiting is free from landing (2 hours international, 1 hour domestic), and you are met inside T1 with a name sign or right outside the terminal exit at T2 and T3 at Sydney Airport, or at the pick-up zone just outside the terminal at Western Sydney International; flying out, the pickup is worked back from your flight. Water, mints and phone charging cost nothing extra, every toll, GST and the NSW levy is included, and child seats are available on request. You pay in advance through a secure link once we confirm, and cancelling before pickup gets you a full refund. No. OSPIPO runs private transfers between the NSW South Coast and Sydney only — Sydney Airport, Western Sydney International, the CBD and every Sydney suburb to and from the South Coast. Trips that start and finish inside Sydney, or inside the South Coast, are not available.

Nothing is paid upfront. Parag confirms your booking by WhatsApp or phone and sends a secure payment link; your booking is locked in once it’s paid. A GST tax invoice is available on request, and cancellation is free any time before pickup.

Add your flight number and it is tracked. The pickup moves to your actual landing time, and waiting is free from actual landing: 2 hours for international arrivals at T1 and 1 hour for domestic arrivals at T2/T3. There are no waiting charges and the fare does not change.

It is included at no extra charge. At Sydney Airport your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name sign at T1 International, or right outside the terminal exit at T2/T3 Domestic, and helps with your bags to the car. At Western Sydney Airport (WSI), pickup is from the pick-up zone just outside the terminal — message when you have your bags. There is no meet-and-greet fee, no trolley fee and no terminal surcharge — the fare you were quoted is the whole amount.

Yes — any address on OSPIPO's routes: anywhere on the South Coast as far south as Jervis Bay, St Georges Basin and Sussex Inlet, to or from Sydney Airport, Western Sydney International or any Sydney suburb. A route that is not on the published list is priced at OSPIPO's published distance rate: $72 base + $3.96/km + the $1.32 NSW levy, rounded to the nearest $5 — tolls and GST included — with a $145 minimum. The booking form calculates it from your two addresses, and the fare is fixed when you book.
