7. Accessibility

The premium executive sedan is a low-floor executive sedan with standard passenger access. It does not accommodate wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair-accessible transport, we can refer you to specialist operators (though we cannot take responsibility for the quality of third-party service). Assistance animals are always welcome at no extra charge.

We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your OSPIPO transfer:

  1. Contact us first: email bookings@ospipo.com.au or call +61 435 162 311. We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. If unresolved: you may escalate to the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner via pointtopoint.nsw.gov.au or by calling 131 727.
  3. For privacy complaints: contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
  4. For consumer law matters: contact NSW Fair Trading at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au or 13 32 20.

Can OSPIPO take me to a Sydney address that isn't the airport?
Yes — any address in Greater Sydney. The CBD and everything it reaches is one published fare; beyond the CBD, the fare is the CBD figure plus $3.30 per additional kilometre, rounded to the nearest $5 and locked at booking. No Sydney address is refused.
