OSPIPO is a fully authorised private chauffeur service operating under New South Wales Point to Point Transport regulations. This page summarises our regulatory compliance for passenger peace of mind.

As an authorised Booking Service Provider, OSPIPO meets all regulatory requirements including driver fitness, vehicle safety, insurance, and customer protection standards set by the NSW Government.
3. Driver Credentials
Our sole driver, Parag, holds:
- A valid NSW Driver Authority for Point to Point services
- A full unrestricted NSW driver's licence
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- First Aid certification
4. Vehicle Compliance
- Vehicle: 2023 BMW i5 eDrive40 (fully electric)
- Registration: Current and transferable on request
- Inspection: Regular safety inspections as mandated by RMS (NSW)
- Insurance: Comprehensive commercial passenger transport insurance
- Compulsory Third Party (CTP): Green Slip current
5. NSW Passenger Service Levy
The NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner levies a $1.32 passenger service charge on every booking. This is included in all our quoted fares — you do not pay this separately. The levy funds industry reform and supports taxi licence-holders affected by the transition to the new regulatory framework.
6. Insurance
Our commercial passenger insurance covers:
- Public liability (up to $20 million)
- Passenger personal injury
- Vehicle comprehensive
- Professional indemnity
Certificates of currency available on request.
7. Accessibility
The BMW i5 is a low-floor executive sedan with standard passenger access. It does not accommodate wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair-accessible transport, we can refer you to specialist operators (though we cannot take responsibility for the quality of third-party service). Assistance animals are always welcome at no extra charge.
8. Complaints
We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your OSPIPO transfer:
- Contact us first: email bookings@ospipo.com.au or call +61 435 162 311. We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
- If unresolved: you may escalate to the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner via pointtopoint.nsw.gov.au or by calling 131 727.
- For privacy complaints: contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
- For consumer law matters: contact NSW Fair Trading at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au or 13 32 20.
9. Operating Area
OSPIPO operates pre-booked transfers only. We do not operate as a metered taxi and do not accept street hails or airport rank pickups. All transfers must be booked in advance via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
10. Verification
You can verify OSPIPO's Booking Service Provider authorisation directly with NSW Point to Point Transport at pointtopoint.nsw.gov.au using our BSP number: BSP-462516.
