One fixed fare per car for up to 3 passengers, door to door, the same in both directions, with motorway tolls, GST and the NSW levy inside it. Bold in the WSI column means Western Sydney Airport costs less than Sydney Airport from that town.

Fares come from the same engine as the booking form. Published fixed fares cover the towns with their own page; the other places are priced from the town centre at OSPIPO's published per-km rate, and any other address in the service area is priced the same way in the booking form, which shows the fare before you book.
Where OSPIPO goes
On the South Coast, OSPIPO goes as far south as Jervis Bay, St Georges Basin and Sussex Inlet, and no further: it does not drive to or from Lake Conjola, Milton, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay or anywhere south of them. Inland and further afield, OSPIPO covers the Southern Highlands, the Blue Mountains, the Central West as far as Bathurst and Orange, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, and Canberra and Queanbeyan — and every address in Greater Sydney. Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah and Berrara are the southern edge: the booking form prices an address there, and an address further south gets no fare.
Sydney Airport or Western Sydney Airport?
Western Sydney International (WSI) at Badgerys Creek has passenger flights from Sunday 25 October 2026 and runs 24 hours, with no curfew. It is a different airport from Sydney Airport (Mascot) — your ticket names the one you fly from. Which one is nearer depends on where you start:
- The Southern Highlands, the Blue Mountains, the Central West and Canberra: WSI is closer, so it costs less — Bowral $345 rather than $425, Katoomba $285 rather than $424, Canberra $905 rather than $1,010.
- From Austinmer and Thirroul south to Jervis Bay: the two drives are within about 12 km of each other, so WSI is the same fare as Sydney Airport — Nowra $510, Jervis Bay $572. Kangaroo Valley is a little less to WSI; Helensburgh and Stanwell Park, in the far north, a little more.
How a long-distance fare is set
- Fixed before the trip. The fare is set when you book and does not move with traffic, roadworks, the hour or a late flight. There is no night loading and no surge.
- Per car, not per person. Up to 3 passengers for one fare; four adults travel only on request, with light bags.
- Both legs together. Book the return trip at the same time — put the date and time in Special Requests, or call or WhatsApp — and both legs cost both one-way fares less 10%.
- A day with stops. Several stops in one day is the private charter: $890 for up to 8 hours door to door, and never less than the one-way fare for the same route.
Before you book a long trip
- Up to 3 passengers, with 2 large suitcases plus carry-on bags; four adults travel only on request, with light bags. Child seats are free.
- Book at least 3 hours ahead online; for a pickup before 5am, at least 24 hours ahead — 48 hours is recommended for early flights. Parag confirms every booking with you directly.
- Nothing is charged when you book: you pay the fixed fare on the day, by card or cash, and cancelling is free.
- Coming home, add your flight number and the pickup follows the landing: waiting is free for 2 hours after an international landing and 1 hour after a domestic one, and a late flight never changes the fare.
