Plainly stated

What this car cannot do.

It is a sedan. For some passengers that is the wrong vehicle, and you should be told so on this page rather than at the kerb.

Wheelchairs

This is not a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. There is no ramp, no hoist and no space to secure a chair.

A folded manual wheelchair or a walking frame travels in the boot, and your chauffeur will help with the transfer to and from the seat at both ends. That works well for a great many passengers.

A passenger who must remain seated in their wheelchair needs a WAV operator. You will be told that plainly when you ask, and the booking will not be taken.

Assistance animals

Assistance animals travel free and need no notice. It is the law, and it is also simply the right answer.

Mentioning it at booking is welcome but not required, and it changes nothing about the fare.

Mobility, sight and hearing

Door-to-door as standard, at both ends, at no charge — the car comes to the entrance you name rather than the nearest legal kerb, and your chauffeur carries the bags.

At the airport, meet and greet inside the terminal at the arrivals gate is included on every booking. If you would rather be met somewhere specific, name it at booking.

If it helps to have the arrangements confirmed in writing rather than by phone, say so and everything will come by message instead.

Children and child restraints

Child seats are available on request at no charge — infant capsule, convertible seat or booster. Say which at booking and it is fitted and checked before pickup.

A folded compact stroller travels in the boot in place of one large suitcase. A full-size or twin pram does not fit alongside checked luggage, and it is better to know that now.

This website

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA and tested on every deploy. Every text and background pair in the design system is checked against the AA contrast minimum by an automated test, and a failing pair blocks the build.

The fare engine and the concierge are fully operable from the keyboard, with visible focus indicators and live regions that announce a fare when it changes. Headings run in order, every image carries descriptive alternative text, and every image has explicit dimensions so nothing shifts under your cursor as the page loads.

Motion is capped at 240 milliseconds and switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion. There is no auto-scrolling ticker, no carousel and no modal that appears without being asked for.

There is no CAPTCHA on any form on this site.

Questions

Before you ask.

No. There is no ramp, no hoist and no space in a sedan to secure a chair, and saying otherwise would only move the problem to the kerb. A folded manual wheelchair or a walking frame does travel in the boot, and your chauffeur assists with the transfer to the seat and back at both ends. A passenger who must stay seated in their chair needs a WAV operator; call +61 435 162 311 if you are unsure which of those describes you.

No. An assistance animal travels free and needs no notice whatsoever, which is the law and also the right answer. Telling us at the time of booking is welcome, because the cabin can then be set up before you arrive rather than at the kerb, but it changes nothing about the fare and the car still seats 3 adults. Nothing about the animal is written down beyond the booking itself.

Child seats cost nothing and come on request — infant capsule, convertible seat or booster. Name the type when you book and it is fitted and checked before pickup rather than wrestled with on the footpath. A folded compact stroller rides in the boot in place of one of the 2 large checked suitcases, while a full-size or twin pram will not fit alongside them, and it is worth knowing that today rather than meeting a boot that will not close.

Yes — say so once and the whole booking comes by message. The confirmation, the pickup time, the driver's name and any later change arrive as a text or on WhatsApp at +61 435 162 311 rather than as a call you have to hear. Booking that way is confirmed personally within 30 minutes like any other, and nothing about the written route costs more or takes longer.

Door-to-door is standard at both ends and adds nothing to the fare — the car comes to the entrance you name rather than the nearest legal kerb, and your chauffeur carries the bags across the gap. At the airport you are met inside the terminal at the arrivals gate, with a name sign, on every booking. If a particular door, lift or gate works better, name it when you book, or describe it on +61 435 162 311.

Yes, and it is tested on every deploy against WCAG 2.2 AA, with a failing colour pair blocking the build outright. The fare engine and the concierge are fully operable from the keyboard, focus indicators stay visible, headings run in order and a live region announces the fare when it changes. Animation stops at 240 milliseconds, and none of it runs at all where your system asks for reduced motion. No form here uses a CAPTCHA.

No question matches that. Try a shorter word, or ask the concierge.
