Regulatory & Safety Standards
OSPIPO operates in full compliance with the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016 (NSW) and all regulations set by the NSW Point to Point Transport Commission. Passenger safety and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable standards at OSPIPO.
Vehicle Compliance
- 2023 BMW i5 eDrive40 — registered and authorised for passenger hire in NSW
- Regular safety inspections in accordance with NSW Point to Point Commission requirements
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance including passenger liability
- Vehicle maintained to manufacturer service schedule
Driver Compliance
- Current NSW Driver Licence in good standing
- NSW Passenger Transport Authorisation (PTA) held
- Regular fatigue management compliance
- Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs — in line with NSW road transport legislation
Passenger Safety Standards
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during transit
- Maximum 4 passengers per booking (vehicle capacity compliant)
- No standing passengers permitted
- Child restraints available on request — please advise at time of booking
- Emergency procedures briefing available upon request
NSW Passenger Service Levy
In accordance with NSW Point to Point Transport legislation, a Passenger Service Levy of $1.32 per booking applies to all transfers. This levy is included in your quoted fare — there are no additional charges.
