Cancellation Policy

OSPIPO (ABN 87 148 128 771) operates a transparent and fair cancellation policy. We understand plans change — our policy is designed to be reasonable for both our customers and our business.

Cancellation Window

Cancel more than 4 hours before your pickup time: FREE cancellation. Your $50 deposit is refunded in full — no questions asked.

Cancel less than 4 hours before your pickup time: A flat $50 cancellation fee applies. Your deposit is forfeited.

No-show: If you do not show up for your transfer without prior cancellation, the $50 deposit is forfeited. No additional charges apply.

Why This Policy?

When you book a transfer, your driver begins preparation including route planning, vehicle charging, and scheduling. A late cancellation means this time and preparation cannot be recovered. Our flat $50 fee — regardless of trip value — simply covers the driver's time. For comparison, most premium chauffeur services charge 50%–100% of the full fare as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation is effective from the time we acknowledge your request — not from the time you sent it. We recommend calling or WhatsApp for time-sensitive cancellations.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. If you paid your deposit via bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the same account.

Changes to Your Booking

Need to change your pickup time, date, or destination? Contact us as early as possible. Changes made more than 4 hours before the transfer are free of charge, subject to availability. Changes may affect your quoted fare.

OSPIPO-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that OSPIPO must cancel a booking (due to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We will make every effort to arrange alternative transport or reschedule at no additional cost.
